From 1st October 2025, IT Services at CAS Ltd will be required to register for VAT. This is a statutory requirement once a business reaches a certain level of turnover, and it reflects the steady growth of IT Services at CAS Ltd over the last few years.

As a result, our prices will now include VAT at the standard rate of 20%. We’ve reviewed our pricing carefully, and will be keeping our costs as fair and consistent as possible taking into account the VAT we will be able to reclaim on our costs. Organisations that are VAT registered should be able to reclaim the VAT as usual, and we will provide clear VAT invoices.

There are no other changes to our services or how we work with you. For those customers who pay by monthly, bi-annual or annual Direct Debit, we will be contacting you separately to detail how this affects your monthly payments.  All quotes, for new projects or services, sent in recent weeks and months will have to be regenerated at our new pricing.
