We are taking donated, unloved laptops from other charities and we give them a bit of sparkle dust so they can be re-used.

Each device is professionally checked over, cleaned up, a brand-new high speed SSD hard drive installed and fully tested before being sold.

We are completely transparent about the conditions of the laptops we sell. Information on this can be found in the laptop product page.

We grade our laptops in 4 key grades :-

• Grade A – Excellent – Condition as good as new
• Grade B – Good – Good working condition with some minor scratches or blemishes around the laptop
• Grade C – Functional – Functional condition but significant scratches and marks around the device
• Grade D – Poor – Functional but some cracks and faulty elements on the laptop

In time we hope to launch our own online shop, Ebay page and other online marketplaces where these can be bought, but for now these laptops can be purchased directly through myself, on a first come, first serve basis by contacting me at matthew.morling@communityactionsuffolk.org.uk or by phone at 01473 345321 or by completing the simple order form on the product page.

Once you’ve confirmed your desire to purchase one, we will send you an email invoice in which you can pay online.

Laptops will only be released for collection or delivery when we have received full payment.
