A couple of weeks ago some of our customers had issues sending email which resulted in these customers having to change their email settings to resolve this problem.
We now need ALL our remaining customers who have not made this change to also make the same change to your settings to prevent this issue occurring. This is because of an upcoming change of outgoing server at our end and a drive to help prevent more spam being produced.
On Monday 14th March (a week Monday) our old outgoing server will be switched off and if you haven’t made this change then you won’t be able to send emails. You can make this change at any time before Monday 14th March so don’t feel like it has to be done immediately – we have given you a weeks notice of this so it gives you the time to do this. We have produced a number of guides below which will hopefully help you make this change.
Please note: If you are a customer who has already made this change in the last week or two either by yourself or via calling the helpdesk then please ignore this
