Broadband Packages
With all our packages you can be sure of high quality and easy to setup products. With each product we provide a highly detailed setup guide which should allow you to just plug in and go. Orders take a standard 10 working days from the order itself to the activation of your line. This is a standard time across all Internet Service Providers. Each broadband offering has no activation or setup charge associated with it.

Contracts
There are 12 month contracts associated with all our broadband packages.
Ordering Information
To put an order through for one of our broadband products simply click on the order now button on this page or the relevant product page and fill your details into the online form. You will also need to print off and fill in the direct debit which is shown in the payment and order forms section below and get it back to us before we can process your order. Once we have your order information and payment information we will process this immediately and until activation you will be kept in the loop as to what is happening with your order. The process takes approximately 10 days to complete and equipment will be sent out on the day or 1-2 days before activation of your line.
If you don't wish to order online through our sign up pages then you can also download our order form and direct debit below and send these back to our office in Ipswich and we will put an order through for you straight away.

Data Limits
All our broadband products have Internet data use limits associated with them. Essentially, every time you do something on the Internet you download an amount of data using your connection, this gets logged by our systems and the total usage is calculated at the end of month. Usage beyond these limits will get charged to your account at approximately £1.50 per extra 1 gigabyte of data usage. Please bear this in mind when you are choosing your product. Payment & Order Forms
Regrading & Migrating Broadband Product
If you wish to change your Suffolk Online broadband product from one to another simply call the helpdesk on 01473 345305 or email us at support@suffolkonline.net. This can normally be done straight away and payment changes will take effect on your next billing date.
If you are currently with another broadband service provider and you wish to migrate your broadband product to Suffolk Online then please visit our dedicated page here. There is no setup charge for migrating from another service provider.
From the Third Sector?
If you are a voluntary organisation or charity, then we suggest that one of our home products below should meet the needs of your organisation. Please be aware of the usage limits though on all of these, as the larger the organisation the larger data limit you will need. Please find below our estimation of what you may need. Please note that this is an estimation only and organisations with higher technical requirements may need additional usage above and beyond the groupings below, and may also wish to opt for our higher quality pro products. Please speak to us if you are in any doubt.
