Order Process
Once we have your direct debit form and order form (completed on the product form), we will then do some checks on your line to ensure you can receive the product you are requesting. We will then email you to confirm whether you can receive the product you are ordering, or not and then inform you about the next steps. Usually the broadband ordering process takes around 10 working days but can be shorter or longer. If you are unable to access our online order forms then we can arrange for a paper form to be sent out to you.
