We have also detailed all the relevant Suffolk Online service information including incoming and outgoing mail servers, broadband settings, dialup telephone numbers plus much more.

Finally we have also added a number of pages that may help you out with various computer problems you may suffer and provided a number of handy facilites including a downloads page which lists all of the relevant websites you may need to get updated software and hardware from and a glossary page helping you out with all of those technology terms you may be unfamiliar with.

We hope you find the guides useful and informative and they help you to help yourself in your hour of need! We have attempted to ensure that all of the screens you see on the guides are the ones you see on your computer so please ensure you view the correct guide.
