Hadleigh Craft & Food Fair 10th April 2011 Hadleigh is a small market town about eight miles from Ipswich and every year it is the place to come to see lots of locally made goodies at its Easter Craft & Food Fair, which this year will be held on the 10th April 2011. The location as always is the Town Hall Complex in the Market Place just off the High Street in Hadleigh, which is next to St Mary's Church. The Craft Fair starts upstairs (disabled access via lift) in the Grand Hall, with about thirty crafter's selling anything from wooden toys, home made cards, jewellery, glass wear, knitwear and lots, lots more. At the end of the room you then go up another flight of stairs to the Old Town Hall which has about another fifteen craft stalls. Then make your way to the end of that hall down a flight of stairs to our Food Hall where you can find locally made preserves, cakes, sweets, spicy foods plus lots more. If after you have finished having a look around or maybe you fancy a drink before hand you can pop to the Dining Room on the lower floor to enjoy some refreshments. The Craft fair runs from 10am - 4pm and costs £1 to come and have a look around with a 50p charge for wheelchair users as there is limited disabled access due to the buildings historic nature.
