We are performing some essential maintenance this afternoon on the server that hosts the Suffolk Online.net website and also Suffolk Online user hosted websites.

 

For those users who have website hosting agreements with us, please note as of approximately 3pm this afternoon you will be unable to update your website files and pages.

 

As of 11pm tonight the Suffolk Online.net website and user hosted websites will be unavailable to be accessed at all.

 

Following the maintenance, we hope to have these back up tomorrow afternoon, Friday 6th November 2009. We cannot be specific on timescales but we believe early afternoon is a realistic time to look at when both accessing and updating of these websites can start again.

 

For those users who use webmail as a method of sending and receiving email, you can still access this directly by going to http://webmail.suffolkonline.net/src/login.php. This, along with broadband, dialup and email services will be unaffected by this maintenance.
