To improve the performance of our mail systems, on the weekend of March 30th 2012 we will be removing any Suffolk Online email addresses that have not been accessed in the past 6 months. By "accessing" we mean doing a send and receive on. 

This process will remove any emails associated with these email accounts.

If you use your Suffolk Online email address on a regular basis then you can ignore this maintenance.

We advise that if you have Suffolk Online email addresses that you haven't checked in a while that you check these in the coming days so this email address isn't deleted.

There will be a grace period with this of 2 months after this date where email accounts can be restored from a backup if there is a genuine reason why an email account hasn't been accessed for such a long time so if you do need to access an account again that has been removed then please call us and this can be restored.
